Join the mission as a Recruiter and support NetSPI with full life cycle recruiting for a variety of teams, with a primary focus on our NetSPI University program. A passion for recruiting, sourcing for hard-to-fill positions and building a strong team is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to generate a talent pipeline through job boards, social media, professional associations, internet research and referrals
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for our NetSPI University program – a program focused on teaching those new to the cybersecurity space about all things penetration testing – in addition to supporting recruiting efforts for other teams (services, sales)
- Provide coordination support to the NetSPI University program including onboarding activities and scheduling performance check-ins – acting as an extension of the technical enablement team
- Ensure a clear understanding of position requirements and expectations through recruiting kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers
- Document and maintain candidate tracking in appropriate systems (Applicant Tracking System (UKG), LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on candidate flow/status
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, including timely follow up and clear communication
- Assist with new employee onboarding, including partnering with Hiring Managers to ensure onboarding is planned out and thorough
- Attend job fairs and manage college or industry recruiting efforts/events
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of cybersecurity talent
- Act as back up to other members of the recruiting team, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with experience in technical recruiting
- Experience in a fast-growing, high-tech company (preferred)
- Applicant tracking system experience
- High degree of professionalism and ethics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
