Join NetSPI as Accounting Manager, contributing to NetSPI’s success by overseeing all aspects of Payroll, Variable Compensation, and Benefits Administration. The position ensures transactions are recorded in compliance with US GAAP and in accordance with legal, regulatory and Company policies and procedures. This role also participates in financial and tax reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee work of Payroll & Benefits Specialist II and Senior Commissions Specialist
  • Oversee all payroll, benefit, and variable compensation calculations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Approve and process semi-monthly payroll submittals (US and Canada) and monthly international payroll submittals (UK and India)
  • Review and approve variable compensation accruals, payroll related and other assigned journal entries
  • Oversee payroll tax reporting
  • Ensure HRIS integration, payroll, and 401k platform configuration is accurately maintained
  • Administer and oversee 401k and retirement plans
  • Manage and review assigned account reconciliations
  • Assist with annual open enrollment and benefits administration, as needed
  • Participate in audits
  • Provide input to budget process
  • Recommend, lead and implement process and/or system improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Train new employee(s) and organize workflow
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Prepare and submit performance reviews
  • Make recommendations for recruiting, hiring, rewarding and promoting direct reports(s)
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Human Resources
  • Solid understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • 3 to 5 years of general accounting and payroll management experience
  • 1 to 3 years of supervision experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Self-starter, detail oriented and accurate
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite and UKG Pro knowledge/experience
