NetSPI is hiring for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. We are excited to welcome a People Operations intern to our team for the summer!

Internship details:

  • Timing: June 8th – August 14th, 2026
  • 30-40 hours/week
  • $20/hour
  • Location: Onsite in Minneapolis at NetSPI’s Headquarters

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Assist with People Operations projects such as our performance review cycle as well as the audit of employee job records in our HRIS (UKG).
    • Work alongside and assist our People Operations Coordinator and recruiting team with candidate and full life cycle employee experience including greeting candidates for in-person interviews, assisting with new employee’s first day tasks, meeting with employees for a 60-day check-in, and more!
    • Shadow recruiting team members to learn NetSPI’s hiring process and propose ideas for how to improve certain steps and/or overall process.
    • Assist NetSPI’s recruiting team as needed with job descriptions, applicant screening, and candidate sourcing.
    • HR related support including audit preparation.
    • Additional project work as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources (or related) undergraduate program (junior/senior status preferred)
    • Based in the Twin Cities, with the ability to be on-site at NetSPI’s headquarters for the duration of the internship.
