We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Engineer to join our Managed Security Services (MSS) team in India. In this role, you will be a key member of our elite Security Helpdesk team responsible for the co-management and optimization of a diverse portfolio of security solutions, including Endpoint and SIEM technologies. You will play a critical role in ensuring the security posture of our clients by proactively identifying and mitigating threats, responding to security incidents, and continuously improving our endpoint security capabilities.
How you’ll make an Impact
An understanding of a wide array of server grade applications such as: DBMS, DNS, SMTP, IIS, Apache, SharePoint, Active Directory, Identity Management, Patch Management, LDAP, SQL, AntiVirus.
Training and experience in one or more non-SIEM network security products to include: Enterprise endpoint security products, such as SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Cortex XDR.
General security knowledge (IT knowledge, Network Troubleshooting, Cloud Certification, and other IT experience) Upon Hire preferred
CCNA, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, MS Sentinel, Splunk or other relative products
Experience working with Internal and client Ticketing and Knowledge Base Systems for Incident and Problem tracking as well as procedures. (i.e. Service Now, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
2+ years of experience in endpoint security operations, including experience with at least two of the following: SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Palo Alto Cortex.
