Collaborating across functional areas including Creative and Product Marketing, you will deliver Threat Research copy in a variety of formats including written reports, presentations, podcast, and other digital means. The everyday hustle:
- Relay in-depth, cutting-edge research on cyber threat intelligence trends, emerging threats, and industry insights in multiple formats
- Drive Reliaquest Thought Leadership on operationalizing Security Operations by delivering informative and engaging blog posts that offer relevant and valuable insights for our audience.
- Bring your passion for all things cybersecurity to the fore, thinking big whilst displaying incredible attention to detail.
- Plan, organize, and execute engaging webinars focused on sharing threat research knowledge with our target audience, positioning our brand as a thought leader in the field.
- Host our podcast series, where you will interview industry experts, discuss relevant topics, and provide valuable insights into the world of cyber threat intelligence.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure accurate and precise content, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of content strategies that align with our marketing goals, leveraging your cyber threat intelligence expertise to create targeted and impactful campaigns.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, seeking to improve engagement and drive measurable results.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or relevant experience.
- Excellent public speaking skills, with ability convey complex technical information into engaging content.
- Experience of excellent original research and leveraging multiple sources to deliver world class insights across a variety of formats, both short and long form, ideally in the field of cybersecurity
- Can follow and maintain writing guidelines and tone of voice standards.
- Capable of effectively managing multiple, concurrent projects, and ambitious deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload with excellent time management skills.
What makes you uncommon?
- 2+ years of journalism experience, ideally in the cyber security field and a strong portfolio
- Working knowledge of content marketing fundamentals (e.g., lead generation, buyer journeys, audience personas, funnel stages, etc.)
- Strong background in cyber security, with detailed knowledge of threat trends and security operations
- Comfortable hosting podcasts, producing promotional multimedia materials, conducting interviews with technical experts.
- Portfolio of content from past written, spoken assignments
