Responsibilities:

  • Work to plan, implement, and lead the new business sales expansion in a given geographic market.
  • Develop and maintain executive level relationships with potential customers
  • Ensure a culture of "can do" creativity and flexibility working to find better ways to work with our customers, partners, and fellow team members.
  • Provide thought leadership both inside the company and outside the company
  • Support the inside sales, delivery, marketing, shared services, and engineering teams as needed by the organization.
  • Maintain relationships with partners while supporting partnerships and alliances with their portfolio and responsibilities
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline and forecast to the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Maintain and deliver on best practices and activity updates around CRM
  • Participate in sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes

Qualifications:

  • Great presentation skills with the ability to engage with audiences ranging from the End-User to C-Level Executives
  • Experience consulting with customers to understand their unique and specific pain points, and help produce a compelling business case to solve them
  • B2B Professional Services Sales experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • Travel is required - up to 30%
  • Technology sales experience is a plus
