Why it’s worth it:

You’ll be the day-to-day point person for our marketing media team for all things social. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling, building community, is digitally savvy, works well cross-functionally, juggles multiple tasks effortlessly, and thinks strategically but is willing to roll up their sleeves to get work done. This person will partner closely with corporate communications, branding, recruiting and marketing teams.

The everyday hustle:

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving our influencer, executive, and employee social media strategy and programs.
  • Collaborating with our creative team to create social-first content that resonates with our social audience and builds community.
  • Developing and driving social campaigns to build employer brand and awareness
  • Build the company’s social media presence, including interacting with followers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.
  • Respond on social media on behalf of ReliaQuest
  • Measure, test, and report on social media campaigns, using analytics tools to inform strategies and tactics for future campaigns
  • Build a network of influencers including reporters, industry analysts and thought leaders
  • Manage the company’s employee advocacy community
  • Translate insights into ideas to more effectively engage the cyber security community
  • Assist in producing social media related videos and podcast series
  • Assist with development of creative concepts for social marketing initiatives


Do you have what it takes?

  • 2-4 years of social-media management experience. Alternatively, a mix of communications and/or marketing experience with at least 2 years of direct social media management experience.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and the infosec social community is a strong plus
  • Experience managing and measuring paid and organic social-media campaigns.
  • Experience supporting executives with their social media presence
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns/programs
  • Experience using Sprout Social or other social media management platforms.
  • Experience using Google Analytics or other metrics-tracking tools.
  • Experience with design and basic video editing is a plus
