You will lead a team in developing and optimizing website strategy and performance, managing online campaigns, and utilizing various digital channels to drive demand and enhance brand visibility.

You will lead a team in analyzing data and performance to refine campaigns and strategies for optimized results and to ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Additionally, the Senior Web Strategy and Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into broader marketing efforts.

The everyday hustle:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive web and digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead a dynamic team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, as well as overall web strategy and utilization of content/marketing assets.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a personalized and impactful customer journey that maintains consistency across channels and aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure digital marketing programs are best-in-class.
  • Manage budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing ROI across digital channels.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance the company's digital presence.
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing and experimentation, refining digital campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5 or more years of experience as a digital marketing leader, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused company.
  • Experience developing web strategy and working cross functionally with content, creative, and web development teams to build and maintain a best-in-class customer experience and demand generation engine.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Semrush, LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, with familiarity in WordPress or similar web environments.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
