Security Operations teams are looking to increase visibility across their environments, reduce complexity of SecOps, and better manage risk for their businesses. We have combined ReliaQuest GreyMatter, a security operations platform, and our Technical Operations expertise to help hundreds of the largest organizations across the globe streamline their threat detection, investigation, and response workflows. We are a fast-growing company and are looking for a Product Marketing expert to help develop and share our story.

The everyday hustle:

  • Own and develop the unique point of view and messaging for ReliaQuest GreyMatter
  • Own and refine target market and customer personas based on research
  • Work with Product Management, Technical Marketing, and other Go-to-Market teams to translate product capabilities to customer outcomes
  • Develop clear understanding of the market and our target customer segments
  • Develop and maintain market-facing collateral, including but not limited to videos, white papers, tech briefs, and blogs
  • Create enablement materials to enable and equip our GTM teams to deliver our differentiated value proposition
  • Be the voice of company at informational forums such as analyst engagements, webinars, roadshows, and conferences
  • Work closely with demand generation and field marketing teams on launch campaigns and GTM strategy
  • Work closely with product teams to understand product direction while influencing the same with insights gathered from field teams and customers

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum of 5 years in product marketing, or product management focused on cyber security technologies and services; security operations knowledge preferred
  • Experience working with both enterprise buyers and enterprise decision makers
  • Ability to be hands on with technology and creating content, including demos, enablement materials, competitive battlecards, presentations, technical white papers, and more.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts and value propositions into easy-to-understand content
  • Ability to make decisions independently and working across teams
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify, analyze, and derive insights from relevant market and customer data and provide recommendations.
  • Independent working style with the ability to take ownership of projects
  • Working understanding of security technologies and concepts; managed services industry knowledge strongly preferred
  • Comfortable presenting in front of executives and customers alike
  • BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field strongly preferred
