We are looking for an energetic, highly organized Sr. Demand Generation Manager who loves a fast-paced, high-performing and collaborative environment. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, you will lead a team of Demand Generation specialists in strategies to drive revenue growth, achieve best in class execution in key paid and owned channels, and direct the overall integrated campaign execution across the entire Marketing team. You will own the strategy and execution for primary channels and functions such as email, chat, website personalization, content syndication and webinars. You will collaborate closely with field marketing and inside sales teams to align on ways to accelerate pipeline and revenue conversions. You will own and leverage an integrated MarTech stack to understand prospect and customer buying signals and their intent so that you can prioritize the best use of the channels you own to support our overall campaign strategy and well as support the overall direction of pipeline and revenue generation across the team. You will own the integrated campaign framework, aligning campaign themes across content development, design and collaborate on execution across paid, earned and owned channels. Successful candidates will be maniacal about leveraging analytics to optimize channel performance to accelerate lead to revenue conversions.

The everyday hustle:

  • Own strategy to accelerate prospects and customers through their customer journey with primary focus on a subset of owned channels including email, website components, and hosted programs.
  • Manage the execution of campaign, landing page and email builds with multi touch / nurture workflows in Marketo.
  • Own nurture workflow inclusive of emails, newsletters, chat and web, compelling CTAs and web personalization.
  • Have a customer mindset and leverage design thinking (a way of approaching problems from a user-centered perspective) to create compelling copy and experience for email and nurture programs that drive and sustain engagement.
  • Continuously monitor and improve digital conversion metrics, focused on pipeline and revenue generation and maximizing investment.
  • Collaborate with team on content optimized for digital channels (video, graphics, email, chat and more).
  • Work with inside sales to ensure campaign alignment and assist with sales enablement on campaign messaging and activities.
  • Collaborate with field marketing to align on regional campaigns and jointly generate and accelerate revenue generation.
  • Own the relationship with Marketing Operations with the joint pursuit of growing revenue while maximizing the customer experience.
  • Manage MarTech solutions focused on accelerating prospects through the buyer’s journey.


Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field
  • 6-7 years marketing experience, B2B or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred
  • Experience working with a CRM and a marketing automation platform
  • Data driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects at various levels of scale
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Flexible and can adapt to fast moving, agile team
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
  • Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
