We are looking for an energetic, highly organized Demand Generation Specialist who loves a fast-paced, high-performing, and collaborative environment. Working with the campaign and demand generation team, the specialist will contribute to the planning, strategy and execution of full demand generation programs and help organize and research paid media programs such as content syndication, webinars, and content creation to support integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and likes to leverage data to help drive and inform integrated campaign and program decisions. Ideally, you also have proven experience across digital marketing initiatives and programs within B2B SaaS organizations.

The everyday hustle:

  • Working collaboratively with campaign managers to build and execute lead generation plans that delivers significant inbound, qualified leads and pipeline growth for our target campaigns

  • Research and manage paid media / 3rd party publication programs including reporting and lead follow up

  • Support in the project set-up of campaign landing pages, design assets, email campaigns, timelines, and deadlines for webinars

  • Research vendors, competitive activities, and best practices to continue to help improve campaign execution and results

  • Utilize multiple channels and self-serve technologies to execute campaigns and maximize results

  • Ensure performance and ROI are tracked, and supporting processes set up to effectively measure outcomes

  • Continually innovate processes and source, test, and evaluate potential new sources of lead-driving activities

  • Support lead upload, routing and follow up through SFDC and other processes

  • Help maintain budgets and reconcile payment to digital and paid media vendors

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant field

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign execution /or demand generation in a technology company

  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical in order to prioritize opportunities, test, and implement successful campaigns

  • Demonstration of a metrics-driven approach to success and can show Return on Investment (ROI) by tracking results

  • Experience with testing programs and campaigns

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense experience a plus

  • Ability to quickly learn and become fluent in new technologies

  • Team-player, willing to go the extra mile to help other team members excel

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
