As a Implementation Specialist at ReliaQuest, you will be responsible for driving the success of implementations of multiple customers and ensuring platform adoption. The Implementation Specialist is accountable for planning, coordinating, and driving the key deliverables required to ensure a successful implementation is met. The Implementation Specialist will have the chance to directly interface and lead communications with Senior Executives and Key Stakeholders globally. The everyday hustle:

  • Providing strong program and project leadership by adhering to standard departmental policies, processes and documentation guidelines for customer implementation.
  • Implementing and training new customers on the platform. This includes discovery, setup, training and utilization of the platform in a customer’s organization.
  • Develop, maintain and enforce project plan for new customers required to achieve milestones for promotion of platform adoption.
  • Ability to engage with multiple projects and customers at the same time and manage priorities across organization
  • Ensuring quality execution of deliverables from implementation team in accordance with the customer plan.
  • Ability to understand the customer organization, reporting structure, and internal initiatives to help drive partnership alignment, including capturing customer reporting needs and presentation to senior executives.
  • Conduct regular (daily, weekly) status meetings with both customer and RQ internal key stakeholders, and keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Identify, document and address customer or project concerns to noted internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Any other such responsibilities as may be determined by the Manager of Implementation & Training.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 1 year of project coordination experience
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
    Organization and detail driven
  • Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, SNOW, etc.) or CRM tools are preferred
  • Able to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to demonstrate good attitude, energy, and effort
