The everyday hustle:

  • Manage designated sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed goals.
  • Accurately Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to individual sellers and establish individual development plans.
  • Conduce bi-yearly performance reviews.
  • Participate in industry and RQ specific customer and prospect events and meetings.
  • Travel with sales team, as needed.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Individuals that have successfully recruited, hired and developed sales teams at scale.
  • Sales leaders that have driven the adoption of a well-established value based selling methodology and process (Command of the Message is a plus) and opportunity qualification methodology (MEDDPICC is a plus).
  • Success selling and managing teams at a high growth, early-stage technology startup is relevant.
  • Individuals that only have large company (>500 employees) are less likely to be a fit for this role.
  • Security experience is a plus but not a requirement.
  • Experience selling/managing a team that has successfully penetrated the Fortune 2000 without the benefit of great brand recognition.
  • Minimum of 3 years of track record of exceeding sales targets as a front-line manager.
  • Experience leading an enterprise sales team with a complex solution focused on multibillion $ annual revenue companies, specifically new logo acquisition.
  • Experience with Recurring Revenue Model.
  • An individual that is looking to grow and develop themselves and their teams with a mindset focused on continual improvement.
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
