The everyday hustle:
- Develop and execute creative designs for a variety of mediums, with a strong focus on digital assets (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.)
- Develop brand assets to continue to strengthen and bring consistency to the ReliaQuest brand.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Brainstorm and develop unique, on-brand design concepts for campaigns, projects, and events.
- Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and expertise in digital and print design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
What makes you uncommon?
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Familiarity with web design principles and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a bonus.
- Experience working within a branding or marketing team.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles to optimize designs for user experience.
