Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will optimize procurement processes and ensure compliant purchasing practices to support ReliaQuest’s operational goals.
The everyday hustle:
Process purchase orders, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives
Train employees the process of inputting Requisitions and change orders. Travel to other office locations possible
Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analysis, supplier performance metrics, and contract statuses
What makes you uncommon?
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
0-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management roles
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
High attention to detail and well organized
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven with a sense of urgency
Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skills
