  • Translate problems into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; define Definition of Ready/Done (DoR/DoD).

  • Own release notes, enablement, rollout plans, and guardrails for phased or feature-flagged launches.
  • Discovery & specification
  • Conduct customer and internal stakeholder interviews; analyze support tickets, and usage funnels to validate problems.
  • Produce crisp and clear PRDs/specs, covering not only functional requirements and use cases for a feature, but also edge cases, success criteria, guardrails and non-functional requirements (lie performance, auditability etc.).
  • Collaborate with UX to instrument design hypotheses to optimized and delightful user experience journeys.
  • Stakeholder leadership
  • Align Engineering, QE, UX, Docs, Security, Enablement, Support, Customer Success, and key customers with clear trade-offs and timelines.
  • Coordinate with Release Management and Customer Success on delivery schedule, commitments, and high-touch accounts.
