WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    1. Process Strategy & Governance
  • Standardize the Lifecycle: Define and evolve the end-to-end product lifecycle (from discovery to sunset) across product verticals to ensure consistency without sacrificing agility.
  • Launch Orchestration: Lead the "Launch Readiness" framework, ensuring Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support are aligned for every major launch.
  • 2. Data & Insights
  • Metric Definition: Own the Product KPI framework. You will define what success looks like (NPS, Adoption, Retention, Cycle Time) and ensure data integrity across all dashboards.
  • The Feedback Loop: Build and manage the systems that aggregate customer feedback from Sales, Support, and User Research into a prioritized Voice of the Customer engine for PMs.
  • 3. Enablement & Strategy
  • GTM Alignment: Bridge the gap between "Product Building" and "Product Selling". Ensure Sales and SE teams have the documentation, training, and roadmap clarity they need to win.
  • Strategic Planning: Facilitate the quarterly and annual planning process (OKRs/Road mapping), ensuring vertical goals roll up to Saviynt’s corporate strategy.
  • 4. AI Strategy & Implementation
  • Operational AI Integration: Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies within the product lifecycle
  • AI Governance: Partner with other functions to establish guidelines for the responsible use of Generative AI within the product organization, ensuring data privacy and output accuracy.
