We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics & Data Visualization Architect to modernize how Marketing performance is measured, analyzed, visualized, and communicated across the organization.
Reporting into the Director of Marketing Analytics & AI Strategy, you will own the reporting and analytics layer across Marketing while partnering with Demand Generation, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Partner, Content, and other business teams.
You will also work closely with our GTM Marketing & AI Architect and be a key voice in AI and technology decisions that affect data, analytics, reporting, and visualization.
What You’ll Drive
Reporting & Data Visualization
Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting across Marketing performance, pipeline, funnel conversion, campaign effectiveness, attribution, and ROI.
Define consistent KPIs, metric definitions, and visualization standards across Marketing.
Turn complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
Modernize reporting through self-service analytics, automation, and AI-assisted insight generation.
Data Modeling & Governance
Connect and model data across Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, and other GTM systems.
Build scalable analytical and semantic models that support full-funnel reporting and attribution.
Establish trusted sources of truth through data governance, documentation, lineage, quality, and reporting certification.
Partner with Marketing Operations, RevOps, Finance, Data, and system owners to ensure data is structured and accessible for analytics.
AI-Powered Analytics & Technology
Partner in evaluating AI tools, platforms, and architecture that support Marketing analytics, reporting, visualization, and business intelligence.
Define the data, metrics, semantic models, and visualization requirements that support new AI agents and workflows.
Develop AI-enabled analytics capabilities such as conversational reporting, automated insights, and intelligent visualization.
Participate in architecture decisions involving MCP, APIs, Snowflake, Salesforce, BI platforms, and other enterprise data technologies.
Cross-Functional Insight Partner
Partner with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business questions into measurable KPIs and scalable reporting solutions.
Identify performance gaps, pipeline leakage, and optimization opportunities across the funnel.
Present findings and recommendations with clarity and executive presence.
What you bring
5+ years in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or a related discipline.
Strong experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures and B2B marketing funnel metrics.
Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure, or similar.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience connecting data across multiple business systems.
Experience with attribution, pipeline reporting, campaign measurement, and Marketing ROI.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights.
Experience with AI tools, agentic workflows, or AI-driven analytics, including Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, Cursor, or similar.
Familiarity with MCP, APIs, semantic models, structured prompting, JSON, or context engineering.
Experience with dbt, Python, R, or similar analytics technologies.
Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.

We offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and final compensation decisions are dependent on many factors including, but are not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other relevant business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $140,000 - 169,000 annually.
You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
