WHAT YOU WILL DO
Revenue Growth: Hold direct accountability for leading the Asia sales organization, driving aggressive revenue expansion and market penetration across existing and new accounts.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute a cohesive go-to-market strategy that leverages Saviynt’s compliance-certified portfolio. Oversee the entire customer lifecycle—from early-stage procurement engagement to contract award and long-term renewal—to maximize recurring revenue.
Execution & Channel Strategy: Drive predictable, profitable subscription revenue growth. Strengthen strategic relationships with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners. Build disciplined, metric-driven, and repeatable sales processes.
Scale & Infrastructure: Propose and implement necessary operational adjustments to build scalable infrastructure, supporting ambitious revenue growth target increase of $5M+ ACV
Talent Leadership & Development: Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of senior sales reps. Oversee team structure, performance management, territory planning, professional development, and succession planning.
Cross-Functional Advocacy: Serve as the strategic connective tissue between sales, marketing, product management, and customer success to align competitive positioning, increase brand awareness, and ensure successful execution in the region.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Sales Leadership & Domain Expertise: Minimum 10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience within Asia (especially ASEAN), with a proven track record of scaling and managing $30M+ book of business.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Strategic thinker capable of designing go-to-market models while maintaining the tactical agility to engage directly in key field opportunities.
Team Building & Performance: Demonstrated success in recruiting, coaching, and retaining high-performing sales teams using structured, repeatable methodologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: A collaborative partner adept at aligning internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) and expanding strategic channel ecosystems.
Executive Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel as required.
