What we are looking for:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Director to lead our People function in Israel as the Director of Global People Operations and support our growing global cyber security business. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of People Operations, the People Operations Director will manage a team of HR Business Partners in Israel who provide support across EMEA, North America, and APAC.

This is a critical leadership role, balancing strategic planning with operational excellence, ensuring our HR practices scale globally while fostering a people-centric, high-performance culture.

What you will be doing:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the People Operations team in Israel, including HRBPs supporting global operations.

  • Partner with the senior leaders to drive the company’s people strategy in alignment with business goals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.

Talent Management & Development

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on top talent attraction in cyber security and tech markets.

  • Partner with Talent development on performance management frameworks that drive accountability, growth, and career development.

  • Champion learning & development initiatives across regions to build leadership capability and technical expertise.

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Drive initiatives to strengthen engagement, retention, and DEI across a distributed global workforce.

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring company values are embedded in day-to-day practices.

  • Oversee global onboarding and integration programs to support new.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage HR processes across multiple jurisdictions (Israel, US, EMEA, APAC), ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global standards.

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and mobility programs, balancing competitiveness and internal equity in Israel.

  • Partner with finance on workforce planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Change Management & Growth

  • Support leaders in managing transformation, communication, and engagement through growth.

What will you bring to the table:

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in high-tech / cyber security / SaaS companies preferred.

  • Global Exposure: Direct experience supporting distributed, international teams (US, EMEA, APAC preferred).

  • People Leadership: Proven track record managing HRBPs and scaling HR functions across geographies.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required.

  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of Israeli labor law and global HR practices.

  • Skills: Strategic thinker with hands-on capability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to influence senior leaders.

  • Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
