About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. As the first point of contact for employees, guests, and candidates, you will ensure a professional, polished, and friendly experience. You will also handle day-to-day front desk operations that keep our office running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international tech environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service, multitasking, and keeping things organized.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer and route phone calls; manage emails and inquiries

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services

  • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments

  • Assist employees with basic office needs and operational requests

  • Partner with HR and Office Management on onboarding/offboarding (badges, access, etc.)

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1+ year in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role (tech/startup environment a plus)

  • Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)

  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with communication tools (WhatsApp, Teams, etc.)

  • Warm, approachable, service-oriented, detail-focused

  • Professional, collaborative, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
