What we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced C# Developer (3+ years) to join our Escalation team.

You will serve as the technical bridge between Support and R&D, tackling complex issues in On-Premise environments. This role requires deep-dive investigation, a troubleshooter mindset, and the ability to implement code fixes within the core product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep Investigation: Perform root cause analysis on high-level escalations originating from Support.

  • Code Ownership: Develop and implement bug fixes and hotfixes in C#.

  • Infrastructure Analysis: Troubleshoot issues within Linux, Kubernetes, and OpenSearch environments.

  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex Network, DB, and protocol-related issues (including WCF).

  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with Support/SA/CS teams and communicate directly with technical client stakeholders when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in backend development (C#).

  • Systems Fluency: Hands-on experience with Linux and Kubernetes (K8s).

  • Data & Protocols: Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, DB troubleshooting, and protocols (WCF).

  • On-Prem Focus: Understanding of non-cloud deployment constraints.

  • Communication: Fluent English is mandatory. Ability to bridge the gap between deep technical analysis and stakeholder management.
