Key Responsibilities
- Act as a product expert, solving customer challenges and ensuring success.
- Collaborate with prospects to understand workflows and demonstrate Silent Push solutions.
- Support all stages of the sales process, from discovery to close.
- Showcase the value of Silent Push technology and secure technical wins.
- Lead discovery discussions to design solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations, workshops, and Proofs of Value (PoVs).
- Advise security leaders on best practices for using Silent Push products.
- Analyze and compare Silent Push against competitors to highlight advantages.
- Drive Product Excellence
- Stay updated on Silent Push products and capabilities.
- Advocate for customers to influence product improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to guide prospects in successfully validating Silent Push technology.
- Basic knowledge of security solutions, cloud providers, and the cybersecurity industry.
- Knowledge of the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), the Intelligence Lifecycle and general intelligence frameworks
- Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF.
- Understanding of key internet exposure elements (ASN, CIDRs, Domains, Certificates).
- Proficiency in common network protocols (HTTPS, SSH, SMTP, FTP, SMB, RDP) and SSL/TLS concepts.
- Experience with OSINT, reconnaissance techniques, REST APIs, and Python.
- Strong communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty and finding solutions.
- 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Systems Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect) within the APJ region.
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Interest in contributing to the security research community.
- Experience in threat hunting, threat intelligence, or internet scanning techniques.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
