Position Summary

Silent Push Inc. is seeking a Product Experience Manager (PXM) to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience across our platform. In this critical role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our customers have a seamless, intuitive, and high-value product experience from onboarding to everyday use. You will act as the voice of the customer, using data and feedback to uncover friction points and drive improvements that increase engagement, adoption, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall product end-user experience strategy, aligning customer needs with product capabilities to deliver maximum value.

• Map and continuously refine the Silent Push customer journey, identifying pain points, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to shape user flows, in-app experiences, and feature delivery.

• Work with Customer Success and Support teams to design and optimize onboarding, training, and enablement programs.

• Leverage tools like WalkMe, Pendo, Gainsight or similar to track feature adoption, engagement, and user behavior; translate insights into action.

Define and monitor key experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, CES, feature adoption, and retention.

• Develop and manage in-app messaging, announcements, and onboarding guides to improve time-to-value and customer satisfaction.

• Champion the customer voice and advocate for improvements based on feedback and data.

• Partner with Product Marketing to align product launches, messaging, and customer communications with the in-app experience.

• Stay current on cybersecurity and SaaS trends to ensure Silent Push delivers a world-class product experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product experience, product management, customer experience, or related SaaS roles.

• Strong understanding of SaaS product development, UX design, and customer journey mapping.

• Hands-on experience with product analytics and in-app engagement tools (e.g., UserPilot, Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Gainsight).

• Proven ability to translate customer insights and behavioral data into actionable improvements.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).

• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, security operations, or threat intelligence is a plus.

Bachelor degree in Data Science, Statistics, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or direct related field, or equivalent direct experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing in-app messaging, onboarding flows, or experiments.

• Familiarity with Agile product development practices.

• Knowledge of customer success and Hubspot.

• Background in cybersecurity SaaS is a strong advantage.
