Sonrai Security is looking for a Sr. Manager of Marketing & Sales Operations to join our team and streamline our processes. As the steward of go-to-market technology, data, and analytics, you will be responsible for helping to make the company more efficient while fueling strategic growth through your insights and expertise. This position will report to the Head of Demand Generation, but in a true collaborative spirit, will work closely with the VP of Sales, as well as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
You’ll be the owner of our go-to-market systems and the steward of data used to drive our teams forward, which means you need to work closely with the full GTM team. We’re looking for someone who has an ownership mindset and an inbox-zero mentality. There’s no job too big or small for you, and you’re willing to roll up your sleeves to get whatever the task at hand is done.
Your responsibilities will include managing the integrations and users of our best-in-class go-to-market tech stack, automating and testing campaigns, measuring program performance to report on KPIs and ROI, optimizing scoring and routing systems, recommending practices to improve marketing, SDR, and sales performance, and ensuring good data hygiene in our systems.
This is a critical role for the company and requires a highly motivated, data-driven individual who thrives in a rapidly evolving start-up environment. The right candidate is well-versed in marketing processes, technology (marketing automation and CRM), and analytics and is capable of operating both strategically and tactically to support the business.
You must have experience with Salesforce and Marketo. The role will report to the Head of Demand Generation. Candidates can be remote, but preference is given to candidates based in DFW, Texas.
