Office Manager (Temporary)

Twine is a fast-growing cybersecurity company building AI Digital Employees for enterprise
security teams. We are looking for an Office Manager to keep our Tel Aviv office running
smoothly, in a full-time temporary position of approximately six to nine months.
This is the person who keeps everything moving day to day: office supplies and facilities,
vendors, deliveries and hospitality, employee welfare and events, onboarding and offboarding
logistics, and support for finance and back-office coordination.
You will be a great fit if you:
- Have two to five years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or
office coordination (startup experience strongly preferred)
- Are highly organized, proactive, and hands-on
- Are warm, service-oriented, and reliable
- Can manage many small priorities at the same time
- Are fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
On-site in Tel Aviv, five days per week. Preferred start: first week of August.
