Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Twine Security is a full-time, remote position based in the US. The SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound prospecting activities, and building a strong pipeline for the sales team.

Day-to-day tasks include researching target accounts, engaging prospects via email, calls, and social channels, and scheduling discovery meetings for account executives. The SDR collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate Twine’s value proposition.

This role requires consistent documentation of outreach activities in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to improving outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Business Development capabilities to build pipelines, support deal progression, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage prospects, deliver clear value messages, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Relevant experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or IAM solutions is beneficial.
• Comfort with CRM systems and sales engagement tools, and a data-oriented approach to outreach and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills, resilience in handling rejection, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluency in English
