We're hiring: Director of Legal - Tel Aviv

Twine is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup building the world's first AI Digital Employees. We're hiring our first in-house lawyer to own the company's commercial legal work and how agreements move through the company.

This is a hands-on commercial role. Most of your week is customer, partner and vendor agreements, from first draft to signature: NDAs, order forms, MSAs, SLAs, DPAs, pilot and reseller agreements with enterprise customers and their procurement, legal and security teams.

You hold the pen. You draft and review order forms and work with the sales team on every deal, from the first redline to signature. You also own the agreement process end to end: intake, triage, tracking, signature and filing, and then what we committed to: you keep the register of undertakings in every signed agreement and chase each one to completion.

You set the positions and playbook that let standard paper close without you, and you manage our outside counsel on the rest. Beyond commercial work, you own our compliance and privacy program, corporate records and equity paperwork, employment templates and company policies, the insurance program, and product terms, marketing review and IP.

This is not a General Counsel position. Outside counsel remains counsel of record for corporate, governance, equity and employment matters, and stays alongside you on the complex points in commercial agreements. You work with them, not instead of them, and you will have experienced counsel behind you from day one.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are a licensed attorney admitted to the Israel Bar, with 5+ years of legal experience, including in-house at a technology or SaaS company
  • Have drafted order forms and negotiated enterprise SaaS agreements on the vendor side: MSAs, DPAs, ideally with US customers under US law
  • Know privacy and data protection well enough to own our DPA and sub-processor positions
  • Have worked with and managed outside counsel
  • Own execution: you run the tracker, chase deadlines, escalate blockers, get things signed and make sure we deliver on them
  • Like working with sales: you give same-day answers and join customer calls when a deal needs you
  • Use AI and legal tech tools practically, with judgment about where they don't belong
  • Are fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Are direct, discreet and calm under pressure
  • Cybersecurity, compliance program experience, US-law contracting, corporate work or an AI governance certification are a plus, not a requirement.
  • Based in Tel Aviv. Full-time. Reports to the CFO.
