As a Tech Product Marketing Manager at Vaultree (and when we say “tech”, we mean it, our technology and solutions are deep tech), you will play a crucial role in creating our marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive customer engagement. This role requires a unique blend cybersecurity expertise, product understanding, and holistic marketing expertise to effectively communicate the value of our innovative solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. You'll be working closely with various teams to ensure we're doing the right strategies to achieve target groups and business objectives. Your success will be measured by the impact of your work on leads and pipeline generation.

Your Impact

  • Work closely to tech teams in order to understand the product deeply and be able to translate technical features into benefits that address customer pain points and differentiate our offerings in the market
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Analyze data and insights to identify key market segments, target audiences, and opportunities for product differentiation
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and product team to develop the best strategy and ensure alignment of messaging with product features and benefits
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging for our product, tailored to various customer segments and personas
  • Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and use insights to continuously improve the product and customer experience
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to ensure our product remain competitive and effective
  • Plan and execute product launch campaigns with maximum impact on inbound lead and demand generation
  • Organise targeted events incl. pre-event campaigns, booth material and other collateral

Your Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product marketing roles, with experience in a startup or technology-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams across the organization - experience in working closely to Sales and Product teams
  • Self-starter, team player with a results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with working with multiple timezones
  • Experience with market research tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software
  • Experience in data analysis with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data
  • Software engineering background would be a big plus
