Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement our product strategy that aligns with Vulcan Cyber’s business goals and enhances user experience.
- Lead our Data offering of the product, driving the development of advanced data solutions that provide actionable insights to our customers.
- Lead the analytics suite of our offering, enhancing the overall product value and empowering users with sophisticated data tools.
- Collaborate with teams in product, tech, and business to drive the design vision and product roadmaps.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from research and conceptualization to execution and feedback, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Lead the development and execution of GTM strategies and work closely with our marketing team, ensuring successful product launches and effective market positioning.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in leadership or senior roles.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team, with a track record of developing top talent.
- Extensive experience in designing SaaS web-based enterprise products, with a preference for those with a background in cybersecurity.
- Data and Analytics: Experience in building and managing big data products, demonstrating a strong understanding of data architecture and analytics.
- Experience working with product designers and collaborating in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, able to translate business objectives into compelling design strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and their impact on business outcomes.
