We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to break into tech sales and play a critical role in building our pipeline from day one. This is a pure hunter role focused on outbound prospecting and creating new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Prospect into target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Learn and apply modern sales methodologies and messaging
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, and repetition
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert the pipeline
- Track performance metrics and consistently hit activity and meeting targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR / Acquisitions Representative or in customer-facing roles, with a consistent track record in cybersecurity
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced startup environments
- Driven, competitive, and consistently exceeds targets
- High energy, strong time management, and proven pipeline generation ability
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Hubspot and AI sales tools (advantage)
